- IT & electronics products
- Online UPS, batteries, and solar products
- GST, Tender, GeM, PAN, and DSC services
- 3D printed products and custom manufacturing solutions
All offerings operate under the same GST registration.
1. General Policy
- All returns, refunds, and cancellations are subject to verification and approval by HS IT Enterprise.
- Customers are requested to read product and service descriptions carefully before placing an order.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method only.
2. Returns & Refunds for Physical Products
✅ Eligible Returns
Products may be eligible for return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused and in original packaging (unless damaged)
❌ Non‑Eligible Returns
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or installation
- Products without original packaging or accessories
- Customized or made‑to‑order products (including 3D printed products)
To be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund request related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers are required to provide a clear and continuous unboxing video. The unboxing video must:
• Be recorded from the moment the package is opened
• Clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, and product
• Be unedited, uninterrupted, and without cuts
• Clearly capture any damage, defect, or missing item
Requests raised without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
HS IT Enterprise reserves the right to reject return or refund requests if sufficient proof is not provided.
3. Return Process (Products)
- Contact us via email or phone within 48 hours of delivery
- Share order details and supporting images/videos
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility
Approved returns may be:
- Replaced, or
- Refunded (as per assessment)
Shipping charges, if any, are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds for Products
- Refunds are processed only after returned products are received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days (depending on payment gateway processing time).
- GST, if applicable, will be adjusted as per legal requirements.
5. Services – No Return / Limited Refund Policy (IMPORTANT)
Due to the nature of professional and compliance services:❌ No refunds are provided once a service has been initiated, including but not limited to:
- GST registration or filing
- Tender filling and submission
- GeM portal services
- PAN card processing
- DSC issuance or application
✅ Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Payment is made but service has not yet been initiated
- Cancellation request is raised within 24 hours of payment
Any applicable deduction for administrative or processing charges may apply.
6. 3D Printed Products (Custom Manufacturing)
- All 3D printed products are custom‑made.
- ❌ Returns or refunds are not applicable once production has started.
- In case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit, replacement may be considered after verification.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders for physical products may be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- Service orders can be cancelled only before initiation, as mentioned above.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund:
- Check your bank or payment account
- Contact your payment gateway provider
- If still unresolved, contact us directly
